9/11 Remembrance Session (9/11 Tribute) www.facebook.com/CitadelStrength 1. 40lb Sandbell Campus road run (1 mile) 2. 4 count push ups x50 on cadence 3. Pull up hang/hold will each member completes 3 Tire Flips 4. Partner Plank Hold x1min each 5. Jog to the O-Course w/ 150# Sandbag (passing off every 20-30 sec) 6. Complete O-Course x1 for time 7. Jog back to weight room w/ 150# Sandbag 8. Power Clean (135#/95#) x50 reps AFAP 9. Strongman Medley: 4 chain 100yd shuttle, Prowler Push x25/back, Sled Drag x25/back, Hex Bar Dead Lift x25/back, WTD Push Ups x25, 100yd sprint to tag off. 10. Run to Airplane on campus 11. Push pick up truck to Football Stadium as a team (4 teams of 3, trade off every 20-30 sec) 12. Run up and down entire Home Side of Football Stadium bleachers. 13. Push pick up truck back to weight room...unload (unload was the cherry on top). Total Time: 2 hours 22 minutes NEVER FORGET
